We are excited to have moved from being ‘One to Watch’ in 2019 to a 2-star accredited business thanks to the invaluable work of our employees. This accolade represents an outstanding level of employee engagement across the business.
Best Companies, whose recognition programme is the standard for workplace engagement, collate their data based on feedback from employees looking at how engaged people are at work and how they feel about their employer.

Our business currently employs over 600 people across Cornwall, Devon and Somerset in a variety of departments. As well as sales and service roles in our four dealerships, LCV and fleet sales centres, we have teams specialising in Customer Service, Marketing, HR, Accounting, and IT & Data.
