Click & Collect Service Given the Government Green Light

As lockdown restrictions begin to ease in England the government has now confirmed that car dealerships can offer click & collect car sales. We have fully adapted our handover process to make this possible for our customers in order to keep you safe.

The advice was officially published by the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy on Wednesday 13th May, and confirms that retailers can offer online sales with click & collect contactless handovers, as long as customers do not enter showroom premises.

At Mercedes-Benz South West we have been adapting in order to keep you safe, both for sales and service customers. From Click & Collect, to our 48 hour Safe Delivery Guarantee, our new measures ensure that we can maintain social distancing in order to keep you moving.

Our teams have been working hard to keep our customers moving, whether that’s providing essential maintenance for vehicles or remote sales, and this new clarification means that we can do even more for our community.”
