Step One: Register your interest

Step Two: Our sales team will be in touch
A member of our sales team will be in touch to discuss what you’re looking for and learn more about your specific needs. This can be discussed over the phone or by video appointment. Should you wish to take a closer look at a vehicle, we are also able to provide a live video walk around. This will give you the opportunity to ask any questions or to demonstrate the functions and features of your chosen vehicle.
Should you be looking to part exchange your vehicle we can also offer a vehicle valuation. We have made enhancements to our online showroom so that you can now upload photos and videos of your vehicle, allowing our remote Sales team to conduct an appraisal of your vehicle with ease. They will then be in touch to ask any further questions and discuss an estimated valuation.
Our team will then co-ordinate with you to ensure that all documentation is completed (from the comfort of your home), schedule a final appraisal, confirm your valuation and arrange collection of your vehicle.
Step Three: Reserve your new 21 Plate Mercedes-Benz or smart vehicle
Our Sales teams can swiftly and securely assist you with leaving a deposit and reserving your vehicle over the phone or using our video call service.
A full purchase of your vehicle can be conducted in the same way. At the same time our team will co-ordinate with you to ensure that all documentation is completed, all from the comfort of your home.
Step Four: Arrange home delivery or Click and Collect of your new vehicle
As soon as your 21 Plate vehicle has arrived, our team will arrange for your vehicle to be delivered to your door or alternatively you can choose a Click and Collect service from your local dealership. Should you choose to have your vehicle delivered to you, you will benefit from:

- Free delivery to your home or workplace
- Handover of sanitized keys and paperwork from a safe distance with our employees wearing protective gloves at all time

All the same benefits apply if you choose our Click and Collect Service, but should you have a part exchange vehicle you will also benefit from our Drop Off Service, available at all four of our dealerships, Exeter, Plymouth, Taunton and Truro.
