To coordinate the day to day operations of the Site 5 Bodyshop and consistently exceeds customer expectations. Maintains standards in line with the business needs & franchise contract.

Salary: £19,000 per annum + bonus

Job Scope

  • To liaise with CWC sites to book and prioritise wheel & smart repairs through the Site 5 Bodyshop
  • To complete all administration for the Site 5 Bodyshop including preparing and filing of job sheets and invoicing etc
  • To work with Logistics department to plan movement of vehicles & wheels between CWC sites

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Communicates the Mercedes-Benz culture of quality and excellence
  • Drives efficiencies within the Site 5 Bodyshop & Logistics department
  • Liaises with staff CWC sites – including Managers – to book and prioritise jobs through the Site 5 Bodyshop
  • Submit & manage the ‘Transit Claims’ in line with procedure
  • Handles all administration relating to the Site 5 Bodyshop
  • Processes and validates external supplier costs
  • Assists technicians with stock control
  • Assists Logistics department with controlling the movement of vehicles & wheels between CWC sites
  • Delivers consistently high standards of accuracy and quality in completion of information
  • Completes the booking and administration of training and development
  • Communicates clearly, regularly and promptly with colleagues across all business areas
  • Identifies training and development needs for self as part of the performance management process
  • Ensures all areas of Health & Safety operate effectively and within the requirements of the law
  • Builds good relationships with manufacturers, professional bodies, suppliers and statutory representatives
