Job Scope:

  • Facilitate team cohesion of on/offline message
  • Develop, curate, plan and implement MBSW content strategy
  • Optimisation of organic and paid search
  • Manage social community and channel influence
  • Report on campaign success and share with relevant stake-holders
  • Line manage marketing and events team day-to-day supporting commercial and individual objectives

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Research and develop engaging rich content aligned to search and social objectives
  • Ensure online presence is accurate, optimised and current
  • Manage CRO to maximise online direct response
  • Engage local influencers and press to support PR and WOM goals
  • Develop interactive social communities
  • Listen and monitor online sentiment ensuring platforms promote positive message
  • Keep close to competitor activity to ensure competitive advantage
  • Managing search and paid media with agency support.
  • Manage team supporting day-to-day decisions & development
  • Facilitate alignment of message across all marketing arenas.
  • Conduct regular 1-1’s with line reports
  • Report and track marketing activity to GCM
  • Calendarise activity and ensure relevant approval/budget sign-off
  • Manage retailer marketing budgets, maintaining up-to-date tracker for GM transparency
  • Brainstorm, develop and propose marketing campaigns to GCM
  • Work with GCM on intelligent customer journeys across on and offline channels

Knowledge & Specific Job Skills

  • Min 5 years marketing experience to include campaign planning
  • Digital marketing qualified or proven track record
  • Content marketing experience essential
