Our business employs 600 staff who are based across 9 sites throughout the South West, which includes our 4 dealerships which are based at Exeter, Taunton, Plymouth and Truro.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Apprentice at our site in Exeter. The working hours for this position are 08.30 – 17.00 with a 30 minute lunch. The successful candidate will be the pulse of the marketing team, supporting all disciplines, including website and graphic design, social media, emarketing and assisting with the marketing administrative tasks. The role will be weighted as 50% administration and 50% digital marketing..

Salary

£4.30 per hour

Marketing Apprentice Responsibilities:

  • Pull together monthly Marketing and Communications review pack
  • Being the teams go to for booking and managing team meeting room requests
  • Broadcast daily and routine direct marketing activity to include monthly mail merges
  • Co-ordination of printing for the sales, service and marketing assets
  • Cleanse and maintain accuracy of staff broadcast list and marketing data
  • Ensure meet the team pages are continually up to date across all websites
  • Update Google Analytics annotations to reflect the teams marketing activities
  • Manage CDI/opt-in updates to maintain email lists and compliance with GDPR
  • Send out daily booking confirmations to our service customers
  • Assist on projects as per the needs of the team & business
  • Act and respond flexibly to meet the needs of the business
  • Communicate clearly, regularly and promptly with colleagues across all business areas
  • Communicate the Mercedes-Benz culture of quality and excellence through channels of influence
  • Identify training and development needs for yourself as part of the performance management process
  • Ensure all capital outlay is authorised by a line or dept manage
