We are currently looking for a Routine Maintenance Controller at our site in Hill Barton. The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 with a 1 hour lunch break, totaling 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be managing routine maintenance checks on all new Mercedes Benz stock and ensuring all vehicles arriving to the Hill Barton site meet required quality standards.

£18,532.80 with an OTE of £20,332.80

Routine Maintenance Controller Responsibilities

  • Communicates the Mercedes-Benz culture of quality and excellence
  • Routine battery checks carried out on all vehicles arriving on site
  • Manages the KPI’s of all routine checks to be carried out on new stock
  • Carry out all necessary steps in rectification of battery replacements and all other routine checks on the vehicle
  • Liaise with other entities in order to get vehicle to Mercedes Benz standard prior to delivery of vehicle
  • Update and maintain systems following routine maintenance checks
  • Any ad-hoc duties pertaining to the general upkeep of stock stored any given compound
  • Ensures security at the compound is maintained and regularly checked and raises any issues with management
  • Delivers consistently high standards of accuracy and quality in completion of duties
  • Provides assistance to management team as required

What’s required from you?

  • Previous experience within the Motor industry preferred
