We are currently looking for a Service Manager at our site in Taunton. The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00.

Within this role the successful candidate will be responsible for maximising the efficient operation and profitability of the Service Operation and leading the front-of-house & back-of-house workshop teams for the Mercedes-Benz & smart franchises while consistently exceeding customers expectations.

Service Managers responsibilities

  • Manages the workshop operation in line with the company and Mercedes- Benz standards and processes

What’s required from you?

  • Previous service experience within the Motor industry
  • 5 years practical experience in an After Sales environment
  • Experience of managing a service team in a customer focused environment
  • Specialist/technical product knowledge
  • Admin & IT Skills
