We are currently looking for a Trainee Sales Executive at our Part Exchange Centre in Hill Barton, Exeter. Within this role the successful candidate will be promoting and delivering sales to meet business targets, exceeding customer expectations and always maintaining the standards within line of the business needs.

Salary:

£14,500 per annum + guarantee bonus’ and commission

Trainee Sales Executive Responsibilities:

  • Communicates the Part Exchange Centre culture of quality and excellence
  • Liaises with variety of dealerships and central team – to ensure that turn-around times are in accordance with SLA
  • Works with Part Exchange Centre Centre Manager/Team Leaders/Customer Experience Specialists to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Ensures system records are updated
  • Organises and prepares vehicles online imagery in line with company standards and ensuring marketing content is up to date.
  • Photography of used vehicles and uploading of photos onto Tangelo and MB Online websites
  • Keeping the content of the websites up to date
  • Filming of used vehicles for the website and sales teams
  • Ensures security at the compound is maintained and regularly checked
  • Provides assistance to the sales team as required
  • Communicates clearly, regularly and promptly with colleagues across all business areas
  • Identifies training and development needs for self as part of the performance management process
  • Ensures all areas of Health & Safety operate effectively and within the requirements of the law
  • Builds good relationships with professional bodies, suppliers and statutory representatives
  • Ensures all capital outlay is authorised by their line manager or a director
