We are currently looking for a Valeter at our site in Plymouth. The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30. The successful candidate will be responsible for the protection, cleanliness and presentation of customer and company vehicles to a high standard.

Salary:
£8.72 per hour
Valeter Responsibilities:
- Communicates the Mercedes-Benz culture of quality and excellence
- Responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of customer and company vehicles in line with the company and Mercedes-Benz standards and processes
- Prioritises workload and liaises with the line manager
- Ensures approved cleaning products and materials are used
- Controls keys and ensures all overnight vehicle keys are locked in a secure cabinet
- Ensures the security of the valet area
- Gives customer focus priority throughout the sales and/or service operations
- Delivers customers vehicles on time to a high standard
- Effectively liaises with the relevant departments across the business
- Delivers consistently high standards and quality of work
- Provides assistance to the sales and/or service teams as required
- Responsible for setting and maintaining a high standard within their working environment
- Identifies training and development needs for self as part of the performance management process
- Ensures all areas of Health & Safety operate effectively and within the requirements of the law
- Builds good relationships with manufacturers, professional bodies, suppliers and statutory representatives
- Ensures all capital outlay is approved by their line manager or a director
