Our Guide to Buying Your 22 Plate

Are you unsure how ordering your new 22 Plate vehicle works? Take a look at our step by step guide to buying a vehicle from us physically in one of our showrooms or from the comfort and safety of your home.

Step One: Register your interest

With national stock in short supply, now is the perfect time to enquire about your 22 Plate Mercedes-Benz or smart vehicle. You can register your interest by calling us, emailing us, chatting with us on our website, or by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.

Step Two: Our sales team will be in touch

A member of our sales team will be in touch to discuss what you’re looking for and learn more about your specific needs. This can be discussed in-store, over the phone or by video appointment. If you're shopping from home and wish to take a closer look at a vehicle, we are also able to provide a live video walk around. This will give you the opportunity to ask any questions or to demonstrate the functions and features of your chosen vehicle.   [embed]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LstcsUJ2VKU[/embed] Should you be looking to part exchange your vehicle we can also offer a vehicle valuation. We have made enhancements to our online showroom so that you can now upload photos and videos of your vehicle, allowing our Sales team to conduct an appraisal of your vehicle with ease. They will then be in touch to ask any further questions and discuss an estimated valuation. Our team will then co-ordinate with you to ensure that all documentation is completed (from the comfort of your home), schedule a final appraisal, confirm your valuation and arrange collection of

Step Three: Reserve your new 22 Plate Mercedes-Benz or smart vehicle

ist you with leaving a deposit and reserving your vehicle in store, over the phone or using our video call service. If you're busy during the day and prefer to shop in the evening, we've got you covered. Our extended online opening hours mean that our sales teams are available until 22:00 on weekdays. Connecting with them is easy too, using the live video call if you need any extra guidance or information. A full purchase of your vehicle can be conducted in the same way and our team will co-ordinate with you to ensure that all documentation is complete.

Step Four: Pick up in-store, arrange home delivery or Click and Collect of your new vehicle

As soon as your 22 Plate vehicle arrives with us, our team will contact you to let you know. You can pick up in-store, arrange for your vehicle to be delivered to your door or alternatively you can choose a Click and Collect service from your local dealership. Choose the method that suits you best and enjoy:

  • A full deep clean & sanitize of your vehicle including steering wheel covers
  • A pre-visit call to arrange a convenient date & time
  • *Free delivery to your home or workplace
  • Handover of sanitized keys and paperwork from a safe distance with our employees wearing protective gloves at all time
  • Free Collection of your Part Exchange Vehicle (if applicable)

All the same benefits apply if you choose our Click and Collect Service, but should you have a part exchange vehicle you will also benefit from our Drop Off Service, available at all four of our dealerships, ExeterPlymouthTaunton and Truro.

*When buying an Approved Used car from us, delivery is free of charge. When buying a New Car from us, delivery is free of charge up to 20 minutes drive time from your chosen showroom. A cost of £0.50 per mile will incur if you have chosen to exchange your current vehicle with us. If you are not exchanging your vehicle with us a cost of £1.00 per mile will incur.
