Pleasant reception and polite. Received a call reminder the day before, very pleased. Unfortunately the following day ended up with oil on my drive which I had to spend most of the day power washing and cleaning. Checks when work was complete obviously not very good.

Whilst the reception was good the overall service is marred by poor quality fault finding and an existing issue (From New) cannot be resolved. Merc Taunton have not identified or fixed a rubbing noise which was reported to them at the first service. Merc gave the reason for the noise as "Tyres" Arnold Clarke replaced almost new tyres to try to resolve but the sound remained. Again this time after explaining the tyres change option, Merc continues to say it is tyres. Hitherto I am not happy with the quality of the product.

Very surprised at the poor level of customer service shown by one of the most prestigious brands. Mercedes Benz marketing department should conduct a review of all franchised branches to ensure the overall brand experience and customer service level is what you would expect, maybe a car wash and an accurate collection time to be given? Having said this, the gentleman's manor that dealt with it this time was a marked improvement of previous visits.

My car was booked in with a months notice, had a call day before confirming the service but when I turned up at 8:30am they had no idea I was coming in.

Didn’t get any calls throughout the day to let me know there was a delay, so when I arrived at 5pm I had to wait an hour for the car.
