Service & Mot we asked for tyre pressure sensor to be checked as it had a problem. We left being told it was all sorted only to drive 5 mins away & had same problem! Told it would sort itself out in a while it didn’t so had to go back another 1hour trip.!

there was a mix up with the service plan i asked fr it to be renewed at last service but it was not so i renewed online and thought it was ok but it seems the computers went down your end and it was never renewed even though i received a email saying was ok

I have now had them replaced by an independent highly qualified technician with
with genuine Ate parts (higher standard than standard Mercedes Dealer parts)
At less than 40% of your quoted price!
