I didn't "forget" to review my experience: I just didn't want to do it. But if it gets you off my back, I will. The collection and return of the car was courteous and efficient. As to the mechanical work done I can't express a view, not being a mechanic. I've no reason to doubt that it was perfectly fine. So was the washing. When the car was collected I made a point of saying that the knob used to raise the seat should on no account be used because it was only stuck on with glue and didn't work. When the car came back, it obviously had been used because it had come off and was lying on the floor. I wasn't particularly upset about that because it was an easy mistake to make. I was a little more upset by the fact that nothing had been said about it. Fortunately I had a supply of glue to stick it on again.
