Overall the service received on choosing and purchasing the car was very good .Courteous friendly and helpful .However there were a few incidents that left me with a little concern.
Firstly the car was not available on the agreed viewing date and time but it was agreed to bring the car to our home the next day .Test drove it liked it and agreed to purchase.
Secondly only one set of keys available on the handover but again 2nd set would be delivered to our home the next day .It also transpired I had forgot to remove the toll bridge tag from the windscreen of my old car ( part exchanged ) this would also be delivered with the 2nd set of keys..
To date after trying to contact the sales person and other sales staff on several occasions including leaving messages no indication of when we are likely to get our 2nd keys and bridge tag .
I have also received some paper work from Mercedes relating to the purchase that does not appear to be for me .I was hoping to show this to your representative when they arrived with the other items.
Customer aftercare a little disappointing .

This vehicle was not purchased in 2019. It was purchased in March 2018. Post sale experience has been poor for reasons well known and on your file at Taunton. Individual sales members included only one who I would rate well, namely Alex Bryan, quite junior. Only one service team member concerned, namely, Matt Bond, would I rate well. The others were either bad or indifferent.
