“With a new employee starting, it is always a hard time for a company to invest in more vehicles. After much looking around, we had gained no confidence from other companies offering vans locally. On the off chance we popped into Mercedes-Benz of Truro.
We had a warm welcome from all staff onsite who were happy to show us around and allow us to sit in the comfort area for the commercial sale representative.
From the off, Andrew was honest, answered every question thrown his way, but most of all, nothing was a problem.
Once we had test driven the Vito (for the new employee) we discussed the terms. The package that is offered by Mercedes-Benz cannot be rivalled, from their warranty to MOT promise and the Mobilo assistance for lifetime of the van (as long as it’s maintained). As a business owner, this puts you at ease.
