Interview Highlights

Q: What's your favourite part of the job? A: It’s definitely the people. They make it what it is each day and every day is not the same. Every day brings new challenges but the team work through it and ultimately that ends up with us having really good days, good weeks and ultimately a good month. So yes, definitely the people. Q: What do you like doing in your spare time? A: Depending on whether it’s summer or winter. Summer is definitely outdoor activity based, spending a lot of time at the beach as it’s always a great place to be. Winter is a little bit different. Apart from hibernating, get out into the gym most evenings. I’m playing a lot of tennis at the moment and just doing as much as I can to keep myself busy. Q: And finally and most importantly… do you like pineapple on your pizza? A: For me definitely pineapple on the pizza, no problem with that! Yes, good topping to have.
