Meet the Team: Steven Mildoon

It’s time for our next Meet the Team instalment, and this time we’re heading over to Plymouth to introduce you to our dedicated Service Manager, Steven. Originally from Wolverhampton, Steven has been an invaluable part of the Mercedes-Benz South West team for over 13 years. 

Where are you from?

Born in Wolverhampton and moved to Dawlish when I was 13.

How long have you been working at Mercedes-Benz South West? 

Just over 13 years.

What is your favorite Mercedes-Benz model (old or new)?

Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing (W198) – 1954.

Most memorable day at work?

Taking over as Service Manager in Plymouth.

Favorite part of the job?

Leading the team and ensuring every customer leaves with a first-class experience.

What’s your favorite animal?

A lion, inspired by watching The Lion King many times with my children.

Where is your favorite place to visit in the South West? 

A sunny day on the beach at East Portlemouth.

What’s your go-to radio station in the car?

Talk Sport.

How many attempts did it take you to pass your driving test?

Second time.

What’s your favorite film?

Nothing specific – but a good action film.

What’s at the top of your bucket list?

Hiring a camper and travelling along Route 66.

What would be your karaoke song?

Silence is golden – I would sit this one out!

Tipple of choice?

A nice cold fruity cider.

First concert you ever went to?

Loch Lomond back in 1996.

What are you most looking forward to in 2026?

Getting Plymouth back to winning ways.
