First, to tell you a little bit about us; We are a family-run group with exclusive retail control of the Mercedes-Benz franchise within the South West of England. Our four state-of-the-art automotive outlets cover a market area that is inclusive of 3 counties (Devon, Somerset and Cornwall) and over 7,000 square miles. Mercedes-Benz of Exeter opened its doors in 2002, closely followed by Taunton in 2004, Plymouth in 2005 and Truro in 2007. ‘What makes you different?’ I hear you cry. Well, (besides our extensive range of stunning, luxury vehicles and highly commended customer service) we believe strongly in having a locally grounded presence. Whether it is expansive beaches, historic landmarks, or the windswept wilds of the moors, the South West has it all and more. Like you, it is why we love to call it home. We recognise that leading automotive brands, including our own, can leave regional customers feeling segregated and forgotten. We are not just referring to how the customer experience is constructed but also in the marketing campaigns that grace our TV screens or gather on our welcome mats. No matter how perfectly fitted a vehicle is to your needs and tastes, seeing it whiz around a built up capital city or take on a remote dessert is simply not relatable to the majority of us - no matter how picturesque.
