There is nothing worse than when your car is off the road; it can cause you delays, time off work and potentially a loss of income. Here at Mercedes-Benz we like to ensure that vehicle downtime is kept to a minimum and that you are never left stranded. To help, we have four different options to choose from when you book into our workshop for a Service or MOT.
1. Drop & Go – This option is great if you want to keep the cost down whilst the high quality of your vehicle service remains the same. It lets you drop your keys off at reception between 8am and 10am then you can collect from 4.30pm. This gives you the freedom to carry on with your day without worrying you have to stick to times. When you arrive a dedicated Service Team Manager will be allocated to you and they will make sure a pre-service check will be done before it enters the garage. If there is any work that needs doing they will also inform you.
2. Lounge – While your vehicle is in the workshop you can relax while you wait in our stylish lounge with TV, newspapers and refreshments. We also have a dedicated business area with complimentary WiFi, so if you need to carry on with some work or answer your emails you can do so in comfort. On your arrival you will be greeted by your dedicated Service Team Manager and they will make sure a pre-service of your vehicle is carried out and if anything needs to be done whilst the vehicle is with us they will come and discuss this with you before any work is completed.
3. Drive – All you have to do is bring your vehicle in and then drive away in a fully insured loan car. This option gives you the freedom to carry on with your day while we’re taking care of your car. We also have service loan vans available at our dedicated van sites. You will be greeted with your own dedicated Service Team Manager who will go through any questions you have about the loan vehicle. During the day a pre-service will be carried out on your vehicle and if anything needs to be done, your Service Team Manager will contact you before any worked is carried out.
4. Collect – We’ll collect your vehicle from your home or work and return it when your service is complete. So, if you’re stuck in the office or can’t leave the house we can come to you and take the stress away. All collections happen between 8am and 11am and the vehicle will be returned by 6pm. On collection a pre-service check will be carried out before the vehicle is driven away and if anything needs to be carried out once the vehicle is in the garage a dedicated Service Team Manager will contact you.
