We would like to reassure you that the well-being of our customers and colleagues is still paramount. Throughout the pandemic we have been following Government advice and best practice to keep our community safe, and as such we temporarily closed our retail showrooms for vehicle sales on Tuesday 5th January.
Whilst our physical showrooms remain closed, our online showroom is fully functional and our sales teams are available (remotely) to answer any calls or queries you have. With regards to our aftersales operations and in line with government advice, our service and parts departments remain open and continue to offer service, MOT and repairs. Our Lounge service however is temporarily not operating, but Collection/Delivery and Drop & Go appointments continue as normal and in a Covid-compliant way.
If you have an appointment booked please assume that it is going ahead as planned. Our team will be in touch to discuss any changes to your appointment should they be necessary.
We will continue operating our Roadside Assistance service (Mobilo). We believe it is important that customers wishing to use their vehicles for essential travel are kept mobile, and we can still be contacted on 03301 730 280 to answer any questions you have.
Likewise, our Mercedes Benz Van (LCV) Workshops remains fully operational (as does our Service 24 operation) in order to continue our support to frontline workers.
I would again like to take this opportunity to thank our showroom staff who, throughout this challenging time, have continued to provide a warm and welcoming environment and great service to our loyal customers. I know that they will continue to do so as we adapt to the latest guidance.
