Our Statement on COVID-19

Dear Customer,

In addition to our previous communications, we would like to reassure you that the well-being of our customers and colleagues remains paramount.

We are aware of and fully support the Government’s message to stay safe, stay at home and therefore protect the NHS, and it is for these reasons we have closed our showrooms to customers as of today, Tuesday 24th March.

Whilst our physical showrooms will remain closed, our online showroom is fully functional and our sales teams are available (remotely) to answer any calls or queries you have. Please continue to either call 03301 730 280 or email info@mercedes-benzsouthwest.co.uk. We’d be delighted to help.

With regards to our aftersales operations and in line with government advice, our service and parts departments will remain open – albeit in a limited way – for customers requiring breakdown support and essential repairs. If you have a previously scheduled appointment with us we will be making contact over the next three days to rearrange your visit.

We will continue operating our Roadside Assistance service (Mobilo) but are currently suspending our Collection and Delivery service. We believe it is important that customers wishing to use their vehicles for essential travel are kept mobile, and we can still be contacted on 03301 730 280 to answer any questions you have.

Likewise, our Mercedes Benz Van (LCV) Workshops remain fully operational (as does our Service 24 operation) in order to continue our support our frontline workers.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank our showroom staff who, during a lot of uncertainty, have continued to provide a warm and welcoming environment and great service to our loyal customers.
