Agility is the name of our Personal Contract Plan (PCP). It’s a flexible method of financing your vehicle over a fixed term.
With an Agility agreement, you have the option to purchase your vehicle, hand your vehicle back or part-exchange your vehicle at the end of your agreement, not during.

How it works
How it Works:
At the beginning of an Agility agreement, you need to determine:
- Chosen deposit amount
- Term of agreement
- Annual mileage
Our Sales Team will advise you of the Optional Purchase Payment for your chosen Mercedes-Benz, which represents the price you will need to pay at the end of your agreement if you choose to purchase the vehicle.

- Monthly payments are lower due being based on only a proportion of the vehicle

End of agreement
At the end of your agreement:
- Purchase your vehicle – No more monthly payments to worry about. Pay the Optional Purchase Payment as well as the £10 Purchase Activation Fee.
- Hand back your vehicle – Return your vehicle to us making sure it’s in line with our Vehicle Return Standards. Vehicle condition, excess mileage and other charges may apply.
- Part Exchange for a new vehicle – Purchasing your vehicle enables you to part exchange it for a new Mercedes-Benz if you wish.
* Charges may apply for late payments or to alter the repayment date. You must maintain fully comprehensive insurance throughout the term of the agreement. Any outstanding finance must be settled if the goods are sold.
