Mercedes-Benz South West Receives a Best Companies 2-Star Accreditation Rating

Mercedes-Benz South West has been awarded a 2-star Accreditation rating from employee engagement specialists Best Companies.
We are excited to have moved from being ‘One to Watch’ in 2019 to a 2-star accredited business thanks to the invaluable work of our employees. This accolade represents an outstanding level of employee engagement across the business.
Best Companies, whose recognition programme is the standard for workplace engagement, collate their data based on feedback from employees looking at how engaged people are at work and how they feel about their employer.
Richard Syree, Head of Human Resources said, “This recognition is testament to our people who, despite facing a challenging year, have adapted their way of working. Our 2-star accredited status highlights how far we have come as a business but also shows some really exciting opportunities for us to continue to grow.”
Our business currently employs over 600 people across Cornwall, Devon and Somerset in a variety of departments. As well as sales and service roles in our four dealerships, LCV and fleet sales centres, we have teams specialising in Customer Service, Marketing, HR, Accounting, and IT & Data.
