Discounted Shopping

This online portal gives you free access to vouchers and discounts for everyday brands and everyday spends. With the cost of living crises impacting all of us, taking advantage of the discounts you can find for restaurants, supermarkets and shops on the MyBenefits+ hub can certainly help save you money throughout the week.

Pension Plan

Preparing you for your future. We offer an attractive pension plan provided by Scottish Widows. There is a minimum employee contribution of 5% of your annual salary and Mercedes-Benz South West will also contribute 3%, in order to help our employees save for retirement in a tax efficient way.

Car Benefit Scheme

Our Employees are entitled to lease a brand new vehicle via the Car Benefit Scheme. Beyond this, we also offer attractive prices for employees wishing to purchase a new, used or trade vehicle.

Employee Assistance Program

The EAP is a confidential service that is designed to provide emotional support and practical guidance for our employees and their immediate family. As a business we place a huge importance on our employee’s wellbeing and have a number of trained mental health first aiders across the business.
