This new service brings the precision and professionalism of a Mercedes-Benz workshop directly to your driveway or workplace. Whether you’re based in Exeter, Plymouth or Taunton, or anywhere in between, our Mobile Servicing team is ready to deliver expert vehicle care without the need to visit one of our South West showrooms.

 

What is Mobile Servicing?

Our Mobile Servicing solution consists of a select team using a specially equipped Mercedes-Benz Vito LWB Van, fully kitted with everything needed for a high-quality service appointment. From jacks and oil-draining systems to all the essential tools and diagnostic equipment, our mobile van operates as an extension of our state-of-the-art workshops.

Initially launched for our electric EQ range for A or B services, the positive feedback and growing demand have inspired us to expand this offering to include internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles as well (excluding AMG models).

 

A New Level of Convenience and Connection

Mobile Servicing isn’t just about convenience—it’s about building trust. One of the standout features of this service is the direct connection you’ll have with the technician working on your vehicle. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss your service face-to-face, ask questions, and receive a complimentary Visual Health Check (VHC)—a transparent overview of your car’s condition provided by a fully trained Mercedes-Benz South West technician.

This hands-on experience offers customers added peace of mind, as you can see exactly what’s being done on your vehicle, using only Genuine Mercedes-Benz Parts.
