How to use our Online Showroom

The creation of the Mercedes-Benz Online Showroom has made it easier than ever to order your new car.
An increasing number of our customers are preferring to browse our selection of vehicles online. Now, with the Online Showroom, you can save your favourites and share them with your Mercedes-Benz Star Expert in a streamlined process, designed for convenience and ease.
If you already know what model you’re looking for, you can select your vehicle, choose your local showroom (Taunton, Exeter, Plymouth or Truro) and start the process of buying your new car! There are various filters available to help you specify what you want, such as fuel type, engine size, colour and budget.
For those of you who are unsure exactly what you want next, you can explore our latest models and offers on the Online Showroom.
You are able to submit an enquiry, book a test drive, and even ‘buy now’ to reserve your car. You can also apply for and obtain a finance decision for your chosen vehicle.
At this stage, you can set up a Mercedes Me account, or log into your existing account using your email address or phone number. This account allows you to monitor the progress of your new car, from initial purchase to delivery to your chosen showroom. All identity checks and payments are completed electronically prior to collection or delivery, which we can assist you with remotely or in store.
