Crealy Park, Exeter, Devon

Whether you’re an adrenaline junkie or want to show off your creative flare this is the grotto for you. Crealy boasts brand new festive attractions, the Christmas on Ice Show and little workshops for the tots. There is plenty of parking on-site but if you would like to make a weekend of it there are even options to stay overnight for a short break. From camping to glamping this park caters for all.

Boringdon Hall, Plymouth, Devon

8th, 15th and 22nd of December Start your Christmas on a relaxing Sunday at Boringdon Hall. The breath-taking views will kick-start the celebrations as you head down to see Santa’s grotto. Treat yourself with a divine afternoon tea and help your kids get creative with gingerbread decorating. Watch your child’s eyes light up as they get the chance to meet Santa himself and receive a gift.

Dunster Castle, Minehead, Somerset

Kents Cavern, Torquay, Devon

Until Christmas Eve Have a spooktactular Christmas by starting it panto style in prehistoric caves at Kents Cavern. Revel in an hour-long pantomime adventure with Father Christmas, his elves and his fairies. As you explore the caves before letting your child sit down with the man himself and receive a wrapped present. For the adults they will also be serving mince pies and mulled wine so there is something for all the family in this experience.

South Devon Railway, Buckfastleigh, Devon

Hestercombe House, Taunton, Somerset
