The Mercedes-Benz ServiceCare Maintenance Plan allows you to spread the cost of up to 6 services without entering into a credit agreement. The care plan covers labour and parts costs for the manufacturer recommended service schedule.
It’s a cost-effective way to stabilise your cash flow while ensuring your van is maintained to the highest standards by expert technicians, fitting only Mercedes-Benz Genuine Parts. The care plan is available on Citan, Vito, eVito, eSptrinter and X-Class models.

Maintaining your vehicle with a care plan ensures your Mobilo and 24hr Roadside Assistance cover is renewed and that your vehicle is maintained by expert technicians using genuine parts.

Payment options vary and include full payment up front, 12 month term, 24 month term, 36 month term and 48 month term. A vehicle can be serviced after the final Direct Debit payment. ServiceCare Maintenance plans can be applied up to 15 year from date of registration. ServiceCare Maintenance plans can be applied to vehicles with unknown hisotry or which have not previously been serviced to manufacturer recommendations, however the plan will not cover any work missed at previous services. ServceCare Maintenance plans are non-transferrable unless paid in full. Excludes all petrol & V6 diesel variants of the Citan, Vito, Sprinter and X-Class models.
